Reservation Policy:

To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount.

Payoff will be requested not less than 30 days prior to arrival.

The deposit can be paid also by bank transfer.

A security deposit of maximum € 1.000 (agreement depending the days of stay) is required to be paid on the day of the arrival. The payment can be made either via bank transfer or credit card authorization. The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure after the host’s inspection of the villa. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted off the deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellation received up 60 days prior your arrival there <br>won’t be any cancellation fee.

For cancellation received from 59 to 31 days prior arrival there will be charged the 50% of the total accommodation rate. The deposit will be set as a credit for future bookings within 1 year from the cancelled day.

For cancellation less than 30 days prior your arrival there will be 100% cancellation fee.
